First 3d print!
My first 3d print went very well, I showed Peter my original file, and he showed me how to make custom supports, the base where the Pokeball sits was too close to a 90° angle, so that was just to make sure nothing fell from where it was supposed to be. The first layer took about 20-30 seconds, and the whole file took a little under an hour. The supports were fairly easy to take off, some of those in smaller angles I took off with some jewelry pliers that I have from past classes. There a few things that weren't expected, my pawn has two lines instead of just one where the row starts and finishes, as well as what looks like little nicks, which he mentioned might be something with the printer settings.
Overall, I'm very happy with how this turned out. I'm a little hesitant on how the other designs I'm working on are going to turn out, but I'm willing to try it out and make changes as they come up!
